Bleriot II

The original "Slow Flyer" The stuff dreams are made of! You NEVER
flew anything like the Bleriot II "Slow Flyer".
The model is very light, only 6 or 7 ounces, but it has a 50"
wingspan and huge 483 sq. inch wing area with a very high lift and low
speed airfoil. You should fly it when there's no wind or even fly it
indoors because flying speed is only about 4 mph! Flying speed is so
slow that Bleriot II can easily land and STOP on a card table -- or on
your hand! It can turn around in flight in just 10 feet of airspace!
It is made of hand-cut balsa wood with light fabric covering. With
the 7.2V 110mah nicad pack 5 minute flights are possible. Bleriot II
requires a micro receiver and 2 micro servos (rudder and elevator) and a
micro motor controller. While it's very easy to fly and the airframe is
assembled and covered, it does require careful installation of the micro
servos and the "pull-pull" control connections.
